Her dynamic personality and expertise, she has trained on how to use the SAGE system and direct marketing campaign which arranging the visa processing and booking trips. Throughout her career, she served in several capacities and she was part of the team in the manufacturing transportation and logistics, financial services, information technology and communication, and tourism sector.

Prior to her current role, she joined in the semi-governmental sector for 13 years in various departments in the Economic Development Board (EDB).
